Bulletin 1
1. Qualifying time does not count towards overall race time,
It is only to establish starting positions. Teams that do
not qualify will start at the rear of the field and will be
positions at the Stewards discretion.
2. Starting order for each stage is determined by finishing
order of previous stage.
3. ALL passing MUST be done on the left side.
4. If you stop on a stage, park as far off the road as
possible on the right side.
5. Cars will start all stages on .30 second intervals.
6. There will be marshells on the course with blue flags, If
he is waving it at you check your mirrors, someone may be
trying to pass.
7. Armbands must be worn by competitors at all times and
shown when requested by an official.
